Panasonic 3D Blu-ray Player (DMP-BDT300GN) Review

As promised, I have completed the review video for the Panasonic 3D Blu-ray Player (DMP-BDT300GN) after two months of use. This period of time catered for a break over the Christmas period as well as other commitments I have had to fit in.

As with previous videos it is available in high definition for those of you who would like to watch in the best possible resolution.

Some of the points I cover include:

  • the various interfaces available on the unit,
  • audio and video quality,
  • DLNA functionality,
  • Viera Cast functionality (and a look at the Picasa, Twitter and YouTube modules) and its relativity to the functionality found in the Panasonic Viera televisions.

One thing I did forget to mention in the video was the fact that a USB Wi-Fi dongle comes in the box allowing you to do without a network cable. This can be a bonus if routing a network cable is difficult or impossible. An added benefit is that the dongle can also be used with the more recent Panasonic Viera televisions.

Don’t forget, you can also check out the unboxing and preview videos if you haven’t already seen them.
