Last weekend I unboxed and previewed the Panasonic Viera 50″ Plasma 3DTV (TH-P50VT20A) and so far the results in terms of traditional 2D performance have been pretty decent. Having said that the wife and I were keen to get into some Blu-ray movies. This meant I had to hook up the Blu-ray player Panasonic kindly threw in with the television for winning their competition.
The player that was delivered was the Panasonic DMP-BDT300GN 3D Blu-ray player. I managed to capture an unboxing video on Friday afternoon ahead of being able to upload it today. It is available in high definition for those of you who would like to watch in the best possible resolution.
As was the case with the television the manual for the Blu-ray player is quite detailed and definitely worth a read to make sure you are familiar with all of the functionality packed into the device.
