iPhone 4 Launch – Go, Go, Go!
In Australia, I attended the midnight launches of the iPhone 3G in 2008 and the iPhone 3GS in 2009. This year, I am overseas in Copenhagen which means I will miss out on experiencing the Australian launch in 2010. This year, all four mobile carriers are taking a lead from Optus and doing their own midnight launches.
Luckily for me, one carrier is holding their own launch event in Copenhagen so I am going to check it out and compare it against how Australia throws their launch parties. I am keen on buying one outright so hopefully I will be able to find somewhere that will oblige. So far, the stores I have visited have said they have no idea if they will be selling the device (which I find hard to believe as they sell the iPhone 3GS).
I will post back with my impressions and hopefully some photos and video of the Copenhagen event.
