Manage Distribution Groups in Office 365
Here’s a quick tip for users of Office 365 – not the subscription version of the productivity software but the version that includes Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync in the cloud.
Distribution groups have long been staple functionality of Microsoft Exchange with tremendous flexibility in the way that they can be used. From simple lists maintained by one owner or a group of owners through to dynamic lists based upon specific rules you can create a distribution group to handle most needs.
However, in Office 365 you could be forgiven for wondering where on earth to add or manage distribution groups. It’s not in the Office 365 Admin Centre but instead in the Exchange Admin Centre which you can access at the following URL:

You’ll find distribution groups under Recipients and then Groups – have fun!
