Finding Print Preview in Office 2013
If you use Microsoft Office applications a fair bit then you might find the print preview function to be one of many handy functions. In particular, it can save you from printing out something that doesn’t look quite right saving you ink and paper.
However, in the 2013 versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc the ribbon has moved things around so you might be wondering where print preview went. Fortunately, it is in a somewhat obvious place as follows:
- Click the File tab,
- Click Print,
- Review the print preview in the main part of the screen.
It’s not too far removed from where it was in earlier versions of Office but at least it is there and consolidated with the main printing function.
