Adding Google as a Search Provider in Internet Explorer

It seems that when you attempt to add a search provider in Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 that the option for Google does not appear at all (at least for me in Australia). A colleague of mine at work pointed this out when his work computer had the default of Bing but wanted to add Google but to no avail.

To cut a long story short, you need to visit the Google Search page in the Internet Explorer Gallery @ http://www.iegallery.com/en-US/Addons/Details/813 and then click the big red Add to Internet Explorer button. You can will then see this window:

You can optionally select it to be your default search provider before clicking the Add button which should then sort you out.
