Apple Revives Final Cut Studio
Here’s a quick one particularly for the video editing crowd who like their Macs.
Apple has caved in and has begun restocking its older Final Cut Studio product suite in response to the huge backlash put on by consumers after the “toyish” Final Cut Pro X was released not too long ago. Unfortunately, it won’t be available in the Mac App Store and can only be purchased directly from Apple it seems.
Final Cut Pro X was heavily criticised for including fewer features and being completely unable to import projects created by its preceding namesakes until an update was released – not ideal for people wanting to get on with their work right now.
Love them or hate them, it seems Apple has listened but obviously they didn’t sprinkle enough of the Apple magic this time around to keep the hardcore audience happy.
