A while back I unboxed my Logitech UE9000 headphones and I have really enjoyed their audio quality as well as the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity with my smartphone and computers.
Unfortunately, after six months usage the plastic band across the top of the headphones snapped.
The sound still works though but obviously there are problems with the headphones actually staying on my head given the damage. I am a bit disappointed that for AU$200 they only last six months before failing. I’m probably not the only one that has run into this issue and issues have been noted with other Logitech headphones such as the G35 headphones.
So, I will be chasing up with Logitech USA support to see what can be done but I suspect I will be posting them back overseas in order to get them repaired or replaced under warranty. As I bought these from Amazon I will be relying on the USA regional warranty as their product warranties are not transferable outside of the country of purchase.
In the meantime, I will have to solely rely on my Avantree headphones which are probably resistant to this sort of fracture given their construction.
