Petition Microsoft to Maintain TechNet Subscriptions
Just a quick note.
If you’ve signed up to a Microsoft TechNet subscription or were looking to signup you may no doubt be disappointed by the recent news of its phased cancellation leaving the only real alternative to be rather expensive MSDN subscriptions. This is hardly ideal for anyone other than developers associated with larger companies that can foot a bill that big or really successful independent developers.
Whilst signing the petition could end up in no effect it certainly can’t hurt to give it a push to show Microsoft the disappointment of its current and prospective subscribers. If you’re interested in showing your support to keep TechNet going you can head over here – it will only take a minute to sign and you’ve got nothing to lose by signing it.
