Asus Google Nexus 7 Tablet and Dock Unboxing

So, I decided to pull the trigger on an Android tablet in the form of the Asus Google Nexus 7 tablet as well as the official dock. I thought this would be a good way to get a more recent Android device as my Samsung Galaxy S is far too long in the tooth to run the latest versions of the Android OS.

I also wanted to check out how a seven inch tablet fits in with my other devices. I’ve had two ten inch tablets (the original Apple iPad and now the Microsoft Suface) and whilst the larger screen size is always appreciated the form factor can present challenges for extended periods of usage.

Anyway, after placing the order it only took a few days for the tablet to arrive and I went out and bought the dock from a local store. Of course, I now have an unboxing video of both to share with you!

FYI – the video will be available in up to 1080p (YouTube can take a little while to process the higher resolutions) if you right click on the video and choose “Watch on YouTube” and change the resolution setting.
