It’s been about a month since we powered up the Panasonic NR-BY552XSUA inverter refrigerator and I have finally gotten around to shooting the preview video.
An annoying thing about shopping for fridges is that when you check out the stores they fridges are usually switched off and void of any contents apart from shelves and draws. On the odd occasion, a display fridge may contain a smattering of fake or simulated food and drinks but I have yet to see this myself.
So, here is my attempt to show off a new fridge in real world usage while sharing some of my initial thoughts including:
- the finish on the front of the fridge,
- ability to reconfigure the shelves and door compartments,
- drawer durability,
- lighting,
- freezer layout.
I am still capturing power consumption data but will update this article once completed and calculated.
Anyway, here is the preview video:
FYI – the video will be available in up to 1080p if you click on the YouTube icon under the video and change the resolution setting there.
This video was shot on a Panasonic X900M camcorder.
