Fix Problems Exporting RunKeeper Data to E-mail
Following on from yeterday’s post about RunKeeper dumping support for and withdrawing their Windows Phone app you might have tried exporting your data. If so, you might have run into issues receiving your export in that they never seem to arrive. Fortunately, there is a simple solution.
If you have a Gmail account, simply add that address as a secondary e-mail address on your account and promote it to become the primary account. Once done, try submitting another request to export your RunKeeper data via e-mail and you should find that it arrives soon thereafter. It could be speculated that the zip file attachment raises a red flag with some spam filters which ends up preventing the e-mail from arriving.
At any rate, hopefully that will get your data exported and received intact.
