Retrieve Missing Task Manager Menus
Here’s a quick tip for today.
On the rare occasion you might find yourself looking at Task Manager in Windows and it is completely devoid of the usual menu options and tabs at the top of the window, resulting in something like this:
Task Manager - Performance
… or this:
Task Manager - Processes
What’s the solution?
Just double click on the blank part of the window just under the surrounding chrome and the menus and tabs will reappear – too easy!

Thank you sooooooooo much Boyd. I have only had the front page of my task manager for ages now, no idea how it got that way. I for some reason spent a lot of time last night thinking about who I could ask about this and knew you were really the only one, I didnt want to look like an idiot, like maybe if it was something really easy to fix. I am so glad it was a long and complicated process, double clicking is hard ya know. *mwah*
