Keep Track of Your Likes on Facebook
Here’s another quick tip for those people finding pages appearing in their Facebook feeds with updates whilst having no recollection of liking them in the first place. Periodically pruning your “likes” can be beneficial in reducing the noise in your news stream whilst giving you an opportunity to review what you like as time progresses.
So here’s how you do it:
- Login to Facebook (on a computer is recommended, not a smartphone),
- Click on “Profile” up the top right-hand corner,
- Click on “Edit Profile” up the top right-hand corner,
- Click on “Activities and Interests” on the left-hand side of the screen,
- Click on “Other Pages You Like”,
- Review the list for pages you want t o unlike and click on “Remove Page” for each one,
- Click “Close” when done.
It’s really simple to do and should only take a few minutes to review (depending on how much stuff you like of course).
