QR codes are startng to get going in Australia in all sorts of places such as billboards, newspapers and magazines. Of course, in order to take advantage of these you’ll need a smartphone to read them.<\/p>\n

Under Windows Phone 8, it may not be apparent but you can scan QR codes without the need for any additional apps. All you need to do is:<\/p>\n

  1. Tap the Search button (the button to the right of the Windows button,<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Tap the eye icon,<\/li>\n
  3. Scan your code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
