In\u00a0particular, it can save you from printing out something that doesn&#8217;t look quite right saving you ink and paper.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the 2013 versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc the ribbon has moved things around so you might be wondering where print preview went.
