Anyway, this is how you do it:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 11.988636016845703px;\">Hit\u00a0<strong>Window key + R<\/strong> on the keyboard,<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Type in\u00a0<strong>telnet &lt;mail server address&gt; 110<\/strong> (i.e. telnet mail.bigpond.com 110),<\/li>\n<li>Hit\u00a0<strong>Enter<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>A telnet window should pop up with a one line POP3 greeting of some sort like &#8220;<strong>+OK POP3 server ready<\/strong>&#8220;,<\/li>\n<li>Type in\u00a0<strong>user &lt;username&gt;<\/strong> (i.e. user boyd.c or boyd.c@bigpond.com depending on how your account is setup),<\/li>\n<li>Hit <strong>Enter<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>Type in\u00a0<strong>pass &lt;password&gt;<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>Hit <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That will get you logged in and ready to do stuff on the mail server.
