This was hoped to encourage discussion inside and outside of the venue which happened to be the Sydney Opera House as part of the Ideas at the House presentation series. In a similar move,\u00a0the Superbowl venue in the USA also promoted use of its Wi-Fi network to help reduce congestion on cellular networks and enable fans to share their experience on social media networks.<\/p>\n<p>However, with many people converging in one area it can wreck\u00a0havoc\u00a0with trying to get a cellular data connection going given diminishing signal. Fortunately, some larger venues are deploying Wi-Fi networks to get around the data choke where events permit such connectivity.
