SSL is not available with SharePoint<\/strong>. At the time of writing it is unknown when Microsoft will address this gap but when secure connections are fast becoming standard this is a bit of a concern.<\/p>\nAnyway, the solution to this problem is rather simple. When typing in the URL for your SharePoint site, simply change the https:\/\/ at the front to http:\/\/ and add the site.
