The “Insert” key on the keyboard toggles this behaviour and sometimes you can tap it accidentally when you go for the “Del”, “Home”, or “End” keys when editing and navigating text. On laptop keyboards, this can be toggle by awkward combinations of keys including a “Fn” (function) key so you may need to look carefully for which key has “Insert” written on the top of it and then hold down “Fn” prior to tapping the appropriate key.<\/p>\n
