{"id":3277,"date":"2011-12-06T21:23:11","date_gmt":"2011-12-06T10:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mingersoft.com\/blog\/?p=3277"},"modified":"2012-05-01T20:22:28","modified_gmt":"2012-05-01T10:22:28","slug":"alert-incoming-panasonic-gadgets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mingersoft.com\/blog\/2011\/12\/alert-incoming-panasonic-gadgets\/","title":{"rendered":"Alert &#8211; Incoming Panasonic Gadgets!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just a quick update tonight to let you know of some more Panasonic gadgets coming my way.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve had a look across the Panasonic range of products for some items that will be an improvement upon what I currently own or fill a technological gap that none of our gadgets currently fulfil. I&#8217;ve not gone overboard with my budget as I can always get other stuff later on (and, of course, I need time to properly put things through their paces).<\/p>\n<p>So what is on the way?<\/p>\n<p>First up is a <a title=\"Lumix DMC-FT3 | Panasonic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panasonic.com.au\/Products\/Lumix\/Tough\/DMC-FT3\/Overview\" target=\"_blank\">Lumix DMC-FT3<\/a> which is part of the &#8220;Tough&#8221; range of digital cameras. This model is superior to the <a title=\"Lumix DMC-FT10 | Panasonic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panasonic.com.au\/Products\/Lumix\/Tough\/DMC-FT10\/Overview\" target=\"_blank\">Lumix DMC-FT10<\/a> that was <a title=\"Does this Lumix FT10 belong to you? | Panasonic Blog\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.panasonic.com.au\/consumer\/2011\/11\/02\/does-this-lumix-ft10-belong-to-you\/\" target=\"_blank\">fished out of the Hawkesbury River<\/a> a while ago after spending a week in the drink. Anyway, the FT3 is waterproof, shockproof, dustproof and freezeproof while boasting Full HD movie recording as well as altimeter, compass, barometer and GPS. I thought this would be the perfect camera to take with us on our next holiday without fear of using it near, in or under water. This camera also includes a 3D photo mode which I&#8217;ll be interested to test out and view the results on the 3D television at home.<\/p>\n<p>Also, this camera will be natively compatible with my tripod mount for future video (at the moment I use my Samsung Galaxy S or my Logitech webcam to take videos at the moment).<\/p>\n<p>The other items I have coming up are some noise cancelling headphones and earphones, specifically the <a title=\"RP-HC700 Noise Cancelling Headphones | Panasonic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panasonic.com.au\/Products\/Headphones\/Noise+cancelling\/RP-HC700\" target=\"_blank\">RP-HC700<\/a> and the <a title=\"RP-HC55E-S Noise Cancelling Earphones | Panasonic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panasonic.com.au\/Products\/Headphones\/Noise+cancelling\/RP-HC55E-S\/Overview\" target=\"_blank\">RP-HC55E-S<\/a>. I got these for a few reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the gym at work insists on blaring music that often does not align to my musical taste and can still be heard when using my existing canal earphones,<\/li>\n<li>noise cancellation of unwanted sound allows you to decrease the volume of your audio so you don&#8217;t wreck your ears,<\/li>\n<li>they would come in handy on long haul plane trips to dampen the surrounding noise (engines, screaming children, annoying passengers, etc),<\/li>\n<li>the earphones that come with mobile devices these days are satisfactory but not fantastic quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Anyway, I&#8217;ll let you know when these arrive and you can be sure I will give them a proper treatment (unboxing, preview and review).<\/div>\n<div>Stay tuned!<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just a quick update tonight to let you know of some more Panasonic gadgets coming my way.
